Welcome to Morocco Ballooning — your trusted partner for unforgettable hot air balloon flights and desert adventures in Marrakech and the Agafay Desert. By booking any experience with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.

1. Booking & Reservations

• All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment (or deposit, if applicable).
• We strongly recommend booking in advance, especially during peak seasons (March–May and September–November), to secure your preferred date.
• A confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours of your payment. If you don’t receive it, please check your spam folder or contact us.

2. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes and service charges unless otherwise noted.
• The total amount is charged at the time of booking.
• We accept secure online payments via major credit/debit cards and other trusted payment methods.
• No booking is guaranteed until payment is successfully processed.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled experience.
• No refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of departure.
• No-shows or late arrivals will not be refunded.
• If your experience is canceled due to weather conditions, we will:
  • Offer a full refund, or
  • Reschedule to the next available date — your choice.

4. Weather & Flight Safety

• Hot air balloon flights are weather-dependent and subject to final approval by our chief pilot on the morning of the flight.
• For safety reasons, flights may be canceled due to high winds, low visibility, rain, or unstable air conditions.
• Your safety is our top priority. We operate under strict international aviation standards and will never compromise on safety.
• In the event of cancellation, we will contact you early in the morning to inform you and discuss next steps.

5. Guest Eligibility & Safety

• The minimum age for balloon flights is 6 years old.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult.
• Guests must be in good health and able to stand for approximately 60 minutes.
• The experience is not recommended for:
  • Pregnant women
  • Individuals with back, neck, or balance issues
  • Those with heart conditions or recent surgeries
• Morocco Ballooning reserves the right to deny participation for safety reasons.

6. Transfers

• Complimentary roundtrip hotel transfers are included for accommodations within central Marrakech.
• Pickup times range between 4:00 AM and 5:30 AM, depending on sunrise and your hotel location.
• Please be ready in the hotel lobby at the scheduled time. Late guests may miss the transfer and the flight without refund.

7. Desert Activities (Quad, Camel, Dinner & Show)

• Quad biking: Minimum age 16 to drive. Ages 12–15 may ride as passengers with parental consent. Valid ID required.
• Camel rides: Suitable for most ages; not recommended for guests with mobility issues.
• Dinner & cultural show: Takes place at a traditional desert camp. Seating is on cushions; please inform us of any special needs.
• Dress warmly during winter months — desert nights can be cool.

8. Photography & Media Use

• Our team may take photos or videos during your experience for promotional use.
• By participating, you consent to the use of your image on our website, social media, and marketing materials unless you notify us otherwise in writing.

9. Liability & Insurance

• Morocco Ballooning maintains comprehensive liability and aviation insurance.
• While we follow strict safety protocols, adventure activities carry inherent risks. Participation is at your own risk.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses related to cancellations, delays, or personal injury not caused by our negligence.

10. Changes to Your Booking

• Date or time changes are allowed subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
• A small administrative fee may apply for rescheduling.
• No changes can be made within 48 hours of the experience.

11. Force Majeure

• Morocco Ballooning is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including:
  • Natural disasters
  • Political unrest
  • Pandemics or health emergencies
  • Airspace restrictions
  • Extreme weather events
